Uniforms, badges, and/or open carry

I would like to open something up for debate. I notice in Memphis that many of the private process servers (at least the ones at the courthouse) have official-looking uniforms, and/or badges, and some even open carry. I admit to not being terribly seasoned (perhaps 20 serves in two years) in this specific area yet have served over 100 warrants on fugitives.Read more .....................................
