I had a man that was avoiding service. A very respected attorney used our company for the first time. The attorney told me this defendant had avoided service and he NEEDED him served.
Unfortunately the defendant had moved to his girl friends house, 85 miles away. I wanted to get him on the first attempt.
The attorney gave me a description of the defendant and of his car. He told me the defendant WOULD NOT come to the door.
